Yes, we do offer one time event basis and yearly subscription basis, however the charges may apply differently whereby you can request for the rates detail from us at talk@hellovirtualevent.com.

A steady internet and PC device with standard browser software like: Google Chrome / Firefox / etc. will be sufficient.

Each of our client’s events are fully protected from outsiders’ access. Only organizers with backend access / delegates who been approved to receive access code will be able to enter the platform.

We provide designated branding opportunities to adapt with specific logos / titles for each event. If there are further customization requirements, it is always flexible which you can discuss with our team!

We can provide customized registration service for this whereby it will be equipped with payment gateways as well. If you wish to receive the payment directly to the company’s account, it will be no problem as well whereby we will fully customize that for you as long as you speak to our team!
